Spa Etiquette
We ask to keep the noise to a minimum, as there are treatments in progress.
Arrival Time
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to complete your confidential client information form, relax and unwind prior to your treatment.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late will lessen your time spent with us, so we strongly encourage early arrival. As a courtesy to all our clients treatments are completed as scheduled.
What to Wear to the Spa
Casual attire is best. Jewellery and valuables should not be brought to the spa.
What to Wear in Treatments
Various treatments require different levels of undress; you will be advised by your therapist which articles of clothing need to be removed to enjoy the full benefits of your treatment. Our Spa Therapists are trained to discreetly drape over any areas not involved in treatments and disposable underwear is available to ensure your privacy is protected at all times.
